Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Conditions

M-Tech Technologies offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products: Products that are non-functional upon delivery
  • Incorrect Dispatch: Products that were wrongly sent or do not match the order specifications

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  1. Report the issue on the same day the product is received
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice)
  3. Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging
  4. Contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the issue

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through your preferred method:

  • Mobile money transfer
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment (for local customers)

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.


Return Policy

Warranty Coverage

We accept returns on products within the following warranty periods:

  • New Products: 12 months from date of purchase
  • Refurbished Products: 6 months from date of purchase

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under warranty:

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Products with expired warranty periods
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Consumable items and accessories (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Software products (unless hardware-related issues)
